使用 regedit

找

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity

 

修改 enabled to 0 

was enabled by to 0 

然後重開機就可以用了。
